ORDER PROCESSING
Upon ordering, an automatic 'order confirmation' email will be sent to the email address provided during order creation on our website.
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please notify us. However, please check your Bulk Mail, Spam, or Junk Mail folders.
LEAD TIME FOR PREPARING AND DISPATCHING ORDERS
We strive to expedite order shipments efficiently. Our lead time for order preparation and shipping is calculated based on the order receipt date. For weekend orders, the lead time begins on Monday.
- Samples Pack = Up to 5 Working Days
- Product Only = Estimated time line is 15 Working Days, subject to confirmation
- Product + Screen Printing Service = Up to 20 Working Days, subject to confirmation
- Orders Placed During Company Holidays = To Be Advised
ORDER DELIVERY TIMELINE
Upon dispatching orders, the "Transition Date" for delivering orders varies based on the destination. For instance, the estimated UK Transition Date for delivery is 2 - 4 Business days.
We work with the following suppliers:
DPD (UK Orders) - Delivery Transition Date is 2 to 4 Business Day
UPS, Fedex & Royal Post (Europe ) - Delivery Transition Date is 2 to 11 Business Day
UPS, Fedex & Royal Post (Outside UK/Europe) - Delivery Transition Date is 10 to 60 Business Day
NOTE: We can not be responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping suppliers. if you have not received your order please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping supplier.
VAT & DUTY CHARGES (Europe & Woldwide)
The VAT charge will be removed from your order at checkout, however, you are responsible to pay the applicable VAT and Custom Duty or any other charges at your country upon receiving your order.
